who said i didn't like it? i finished it up the other night. it was tasty - though, i'll admit, not something i'd normally pick out for myself. thanks for pointing it out! i'm always happy to take cheese suggestions from the pros and like to try new stuff. :)

yeah, that cheese is some scary looking stuff. We sold 20 cases in about 2.5 weeks but almost every single one was hand sold after giving samples. you daringly bought it untasted.
