Saturday is my birthday

...and since I've been away so much, I have to work all day long. If you're local and in the neighborhood, come by and say Happy Birthday. I'll be there from the early afternoon until close. And that way it won't seem as much like work.

But shhhhhh, don't tell my co-workers I told you to come.

haha. b-day wishes from old friends are the best. I love that N sang the national anthem. She obviously takes after your side. If she took after K's she would have grabbed her crotch like Roseanne.

Ha ha ha! He did tell her to do that! Unfortunately she was in the booth above the stands, so he didn't get her singing on camera, just her voice. I was really surprised, she sounded really, really good.
I'm proud of her, I wish she would just frickin' pick up after herself. It's maddening, I tell ya. And yeah, I guess she does take after me, but her ear for music is actually more developed than mine.
Oh, we went karaoking with friends Saturday, and K got up and rocked Neil Diamond, "Cracklin' Rosie." Yes, I am talking about the man who hates music, and hates being on stage in front of others. I was even more stunned at that then N singing in front of her whole school. My family has balls, man!
By the way, K and I went to the Mutter Museum http://www.collphyphil.org/muttpg1.shtml in Philly yesterday (made a day in the city since we got Liz Phair tix, who was quite awesome I might add) and I looked for a keychain of an appendix for you, but none to be found. I'll scan the postcards I got and put them up on my LJ when I have the opportunity. We got home at 3am, got up for work at 545am, sucky day working in a total brain fog. I am ready to crash for the next 14 hours.
Haven't read the rest of LJ, hope your bday was fun.
XOXO
