Congratulations to my high school pal Joan* and her wife Nancy for being some of the first gay/lesbian New Yorkers to be legally married. New York Times and everything! Whoo-hoo!

UNRELATED: Did you see last night's Nightline about the Cheddar webcam over in England? Lots of cheesmaking footage... available on the ABC website, I'm sure if you missed it.
