many years ago i worked in the "perishables" department of an australian supermarket chain. i was being groomed for dept manager, so all dairy was my problem. it was a much smaller problem to me at the time than the frozen poultry.
i have a deep respect for the care with which you treat product and customers. both are salty and pungent.
