you'll get more than enough when I return, no fear!

Basically, fly into Paris, get picked up in a van, visit a few cheese shops and 6-7 dairies/cheesemakers and fly out of Geneva.

I might be leaving a couple out but I get to visit

Isigny (soft-ripened cow cheese)
Sevre et Belle (soft-ripened/aged goat cheese)
Guilloteau (Fromager D"affinois, Florette, etc)
Coulet (Roquefort)
Tournette (Tomme de Savoie/Reblochon style cheese)
3 Comtois (Gruyere de Comte)

Yum. Try to cajole your keepers into driving over the Viaduct. Rodez, BTW is not so great, although I loved what else I saw of the Aveyron.
