Columbus Day

If you're local and looking for a way to celebrate Columbus Day, the annual Dump Columbus event/reading is at City Lights. Hey, even Supervisor Ammiano will be there discussing the life of a longtime Italian-American radical from Harlem.

LJ nostalgia day

Perhaps this is too navel-gazing even for me, but I was looking for an old entry the other day (a review of Feelings on a Grid) and came upon a different one that I forgot I'd written.
