Hmmmm, all these people say it's National Delurking Week so who am I to argue?

Cleary one of the best things about LJ is the social interaction. While that can be problematic if one isn't careful, I definitely prefer it to the alternative. It seems there are a lot of lonely blogs out there.

So Lurkers, leave a comment. Especially if you work in the dairy industry. Heh.

I will also mention two blogs by people I know:

[livejournal.com profile] deth_nell is my old downstairs neighbor. I think of cats and bikes when I think of her, but she hasn't written about either yet.

My brother's blog is definitely for the committed cyclist. He's a mountain biker, a bike-to-worker, and new cyclocross racer. He's too good for LJ so you'll have to check him out here: http://ramblings.cyclofiend.com/

I had seen you around on the LJs of our mutual friends but I first started lurking after last year's Stupid Punk Rock Death Amnesty Day. A year of lurking is enough for anyone, I figure.

Hi, there.

I like reading your journal but most of the time I don't have much in the way of interesting things to say in response. Especially as regards the dairy industry, which I'm curious about but have little knowledge of.

Jim/Cyclofiend is your brother? It's a small damn world. My bike is the 200th on his gallery website.

I lurk here because all I appear capable of talking about is anarchy-related-BS and I have a sense of propriety. I'm also one of your vegan readers... (2 strikes)

I delurked the last time you did one of these things. We ahve mutual friends. I enjoy your writing and reading about cheese and SF, but I never feel like I have interesting things to say in return. I will try harder this year.

Am I a lurker? I'm not sure. But I'm definitely not in a dairy industry. I'm in the artsy-crafty industry. Or the printing industry if you prefer.

Now I must officially come out of the lurkey-turkey closet.

You make me remember some of the greatest shit ever about SF. Thanks.

I'm a devout lurker - I forget the first thing of yours I read, but it hit me well enough to want to keep reading.

I'm an sf almost-native (moved to the city at 3), bike geek, used to go to epicenter way too much, and (the world gets smaller) know jim/cyclofiend through a whole bunch of bike-related mailing lists.

Since I have a paid account, I can create an LJ feed for your brother's blog, if that's something you would read in your friends' list.

delurking is such a fun word.
in the vein of dairy:
do people know that commercial cream cheese is not really dairy?
& food:
if meringue was a woman she'd be sexy and coy, soft and voluptuous.
and hey, I hear yer living with a friend of mine, "a brother" of sorts...

I don't know if I qualify as a lurker, but it's been too long since I posted a comment here. Plus, I don't know if mine qualifies as a lonely blog, but I want more social interaction on lj. So here's me saying hey. I broke up with my girlfriend this week and it hurts like a motherfucker. How are you?

I don't mean to be a lurker, but that's what I seem to have become lately. I really enjoy reading your posts, and I'm glad you're on my friends list. :)

I found your blog through [livejournal.com profile] evan and stayed for the stories of cheese and the old sf punk rock scene. Last time I went to Rainbow Grocery, I sorta peeked to see if you were there but saw another cheese master who I later saw photographed here.

I am mostly lurktabulous, but I may have commented a couple of times. I found your journal through [livejournal.com profile] crazyrants, who recommended you during one of my OMG CHEESE YUM! cheese post frenzies, and you commented in one of those posts, explaining that Buttermilk Blue isn't actually made from buttermilk.
