They're not really big on variety here: bialy ser, zolte ser, smoked cheese from the mountain, and then lots of packaged Edam and Gouda at the grocery store.
My friend brought me a big chunk of sharp cheddar from Neal's Yard though. It is so good. I'm trying not to eat it too fast! I'd swear it had horseradish in it.
