I kinda meant to explain that further. the person who told me all the good New Haven stuff turned out to be totally unreliable. I've never had the opportunity to disprove those stories but I did others.
and sheeesh, Aa Californian doesn't need to go to Connecticut to hang out with Mark Twain stuff. He was the original Oakland-hater, the "no there there" guy.
