Once, Josh and Roman and Tom and I were at Puerto Allegre (when it was a cheap little place to go for a household dinner out) and Gail was there- looking like a bit of a wreck. Tom took us over to meet her (he knew her from homocore) and I was shaking with more trepidation than when I met Doug Martsch (which was a lot) but she didn't even look at us. I think I squealed "I'm a big fan" but she didn't even flinch.

I don't hold it against her. She was high or tired or both. No offense taken.

Such big drums that band had!
